The Savannah Centre for Contemporary Art (SCCA), located in Tamale, Ghana is an artist run project space, exhibition and research hub, cultural repository and artists’ residency.
Kintampo waterfalls is a beautiful cascading waterfalls in Ghana. Also known as Sanders Falls during the colonial days, it is located on the Pumpum river, a tributary of the Black Volta, about 4 kilometres north of Kintampo municipality, on the Kumasi–Tamale road.
The rock formations, caves and sweeping landscape of the Tongo Hills at Tengzug are reason enough to visit, but the village is also home to multiple shrines. The shrines draw people from across Ghana and neighboring countries who believe they have a sacred power to provide guidance and resolution of problems.
